Philippe Le Corre

Philippe Le Corre served as Senior Adviser to the French Defense Minister and as a policy adviser on China and Northeast Asia in the directorate for international relations and strategy. Le Corre is an expert on European affairs, China-EU relations and transatlantic relations. He was a senior director in the public affairs practice of Publicis Groupe, where he oversaw Shanghai and Brussels offices. He is currently a senior research fellow affiliated with both the Harvard Kennedy School and the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace. He is also a visiting professor at ESSEC Business School in Paris and was previously a fellow with the Brookings Institution. He is the author of China’s Offensive in Europe (Brookings Press), among other works.
