Jessica McCourt has extensive experience in eCommerce, having worked at Ergodyne since May 2012, progressing through various roles from Customer Service Specialist to eCommerce Channel Manager. Prior to this, Jessica gained valuable customer service experience in the restaurant industry, serving at In Seasons Restaurant and D'Amico Catering, where excellent service led to repeat business and customer accolades. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire and has studied at Universidad de Salamanca.
