Mitchell Dykstra is a Digital Marketing Coordinator at Ergodyne since February 2023, with previous experience as a Marketing Intern at Huzzard Data Systems, where a marketing strategy for a product launch was overseen, and a successful social media campaign was developed, resulting in significant increases in online engagement. Prior roles include a Marketing Research Intern at The Dieringer Research Group, providing support in research design and data analysis, a Community Advisor at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, mentoring students and enhancing organizational skills through program implementation, and an E-Commerce Intern at Greater Fox Cities Area Habitat for Humanity, leading to the creation of a revenue-generating system. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh and an Associate of Arts from Milwaukee Area Technical College.
