Anica Vrlec Bartolić

Anica Vrlec Bartolić is a seasoned professional in human resources and learning and development, currently serving as a Learning and Development Manager at EY since January 2011, where responsibilities include enhancing the capabilities of EY Advisory consultants in the CESA region. Anica also holds the position of Head of Human Resources, managing strategic HR functions such as performance management and recruitment. In addition to corporate roles, Anica has been a lecturer at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management and the Faculty of Economics and Business Zagreb since 2015, teaching various HRM courses. Anica's expertise extends to psychological assessment through work with IZOoR Institute and previous roles at The Center for Psychodiagnostic Instruments. Anica holds dual Master's degrees in Management and Psychology from the University of Zagreb.
