Barbara Skupień- Franczyk

Barbara Skupień-Franczyk has extensive work experience in the field of project management and clinical research. Barbara began their career as a Nurse-Operating Room at the Polish-American Institute of Pediatrics from 1996 to 1998. Barbara then joined Ergomed Clinical Research Limited in 2008 as a Site Manager, staying with the company until 2014. Barbara then moved on to Ergomed PLC, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at ERGOMED as a Senior Project Manager, having started in March 2019. Barbara has since been promoted to the positions of Associate Project Director in December 2021 and Project Director in April 2023.

Barbara Skupień-Franczyk holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Jagiellonian University, which they obtained from 2007 to 2009. Barbara also obtained a Master of Arts degree in Resocijalization Pedagogy from the same university from 1999 to 2001. Before that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Resocialization and Social Prevention from Jagiellonian University from 1996 to 1999. In 2018, Barbara obtained a certification in Project Management from Wyższa Szkoła Europejska im. Ks. Józefa Tischnera. Additionally, they hold a certification in IPMA D from the INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE, which they obtained in May 2018.
