Dylan Matzinger

Dylan Matzinger serves as the Executive Vice President of Business Development at ERGOMED since March 2025, leading global business development and commercial functions. Prior experience includes a tenure at ICON plc from July 2021 to February 2025, where Dylan held roles such as Sr. Vice President of Business Development and Sr. Vice President of Commercial Operations, overseeing global teams and fostering growth for Biotech and Pharma clients. Earlier career highlights include positions at Quintiles, where Dylan was Associate Director of Global Sales and Sr. Proposal Developer from January 2007 to June 2013. Educational qualifications include an Executive Development degree from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School and completion of the Customer Centricity program at The Wharton School.
