Milina Petrović Milošević

Milina Petrović Milošević has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Milina started their career in 2002 as a Project Coordinator and Research Manager at Bos, CePIT. Later, they served as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Philosophy, Department of Psychology. In 2006, Milina joined MASMI as a Senior Research Manager and later became a Client Service Manager.

In 2010, Milina joined UniCredit Bank Serbia, where they held several roles including Training Manager, HR Business Partner, Co-Head of Management and Development Unit, HR PMO, and Head of HR Management and Development Unit. Milina continued their professional growth at UniCredit Bank Austria AG, where they served as the Head of Learning and Development and later as the Head of People & Culture Learning and Development.

Currently, Milina is working as the Director of People Development & Engagement at ERGOMED.

Milina Petrović Milošević earned an MA in Psychology from the University of Belgrade between 1998 and 2004. Milina also completed a certification program in Executive Coaching at AoEC - The Academy of Executive Coaching. In 2018, they obtained a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certification from Cornell University, specializing in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Additionally, they received a certification in Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute in 2019. Milina furthered their education by becoming a Psychodrama psychotherapist through the Serbian Psychodrama Association, SPA Moreno, where they studied from 2015 to 2020. Milina has also obtained multiple additional certifications, including Strategic Workforce Planning from the Human Capital Institute, CAL1 from BadgeCert, Certified Agile Leadership I from Scrum Alliance®, and A Beginner's Guide to Irrational Behavior from Coursera.
