Seth Spiers

Seth Spiers is an experienced sales and business development professional with a strong background in the chemical and construction industries. Currently serving as Regional Sales Manager at Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions, Inc., since June 2015, Seth is responsible for the marketing and sales of paving asphalts and emulsions in Mississippi and Louisiana, collaborating daily with key decision makers and managing customer accounts. Prior to this role, Seth held various positions at Baker Hughes, including Business Development Manager for Upstream Chemicals, where responsibilities included driving sales growth and building customer relations within the energy sector. Additional experience includes an operations role at Denbury Resources, where operational troubleshooting and production reporting were key responsibilities. Seth earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from The University of Southern Mississippi.
