Kristi Horton

Kristi Horton is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in program management and event planning. At Ergon Inc., Kristi served as Director of IT Program Management and held multiple senior roles, overseeing medium to large-scale projects that enhance SAP systems and coordinate major acquisitions. As the Owner of Kreative Designs & Events, Kristi specializes in creating customized event experiences by harmonizing clients' visions with creative execution. Previously, at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, Kristi led a team of analysts, significantly improving admissions and student processes, while also holding various positions in business systems analysis. Kristi holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Information Systems from Mississippi State University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Walden University.
