Tara-Lee MacArthur

Tara-lee MacArthur is a seasoned professional in electrical engineering, currently serving as a Senior Engineer for Asset Maintenance at Ergon Energy since February 2012, where responsibilities include managing technical evaluations and standards for High Voltage Substation Plant and Equipment. Tara-lee has also held roles as a Substation Design Standards Engineer and Graduate Substation Design Electrical Engineer, focusing on high voltage design and engineering calculations. In addition to these positions, Tara-lee has been a Director and representative for the Australian CIGRE Panel A2 (Transformers) since January 2015. Previously, Tara-lee worked as an Undergraduate Electrical Engineer at Green Leaf Engineers and gained hands-on experience at Xstrata Zinc. Tara-lee holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Queensland University of Technology and completed an Advanced Leadership Program with Women and Leadership Australia.
