Peter Vossen

Peter Vossen serves as the Directeur HR and CHRO at Ergon since July 2021, overseeing a strategic People agenda for 2,700 employees and managing an HR team of 27 FTE. Prior experience includes founding an HR advisory firm and serving in interim HR roles with Ascom Holding AG and AniCura, where responsibilities encompassed driving HR strategies for Dutch businesses with a total of 1,350 employees. Peter held various senior HR positions at CGI, Wavin Group, Springer Nature, RELX, and worked as a Senior Management Consultant at BDO Nederland and PwC, accumulating extensive expertise in HR transformation, talent management, and organizational development. Education includes an M.Sc. in Sociology from Wageningen University & Research and advanced studies in HR Management.
