Ioannis Brintakis

Ioannis Brintakis is an experienced professional currently serving as a Health and Safety Coordinator at Ergonomia SA since March 2023. Previously, Ioannis held the position of Operations Coordinator at SGS from September 2021 to April 2023, managing connectivity and products in trade facilitation services and overseeing operations in mineral services. Ioannis has a background in mineral resources engineering, having collaborated with the Applied Geophysics Laboratory at the Technical University of Crete on the DEFICIT research project from March 2020 to August 2021. Additional experience includes service as an airman in the Hellenic Air Force from September 2018 to September 2019, roles in oil and gas exploration with Hellenic Petroleum Group of Companies, and design work for open cast mining with Edafomichaniki of Crete. Ioannis earned a Master’s degree in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering and an undergraduate degree in Mineral Resources Engineering from the Technical University of Crete.
