April Joy Tumaliuan

April Joy Tumaliuan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2007 to 2016. April Joy began their career as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Emerson, where they conducted corrective actions, released quality alerts, and verified non-conforming materials. April Joy then moved on to Accenture as an IT Service Desk Analyst, providing support and assistance to users. After that, they joined Pacific Controls as a Project Engineer, responsible for handling faults and escalations, overseeing network infrastructure design and deployment, provisioning and maintaining communication networks, and coordinating with vendors for maintenance and support. Their role at Pacific Controls also involved designing interactive network infrastructure dashboards based on client requirements. Lastly, they worked at ERGOS Technology Partners as a Senior Technical Support Engineer, where they were responsible for the provisioning, installation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software, as well as providing support to operations staff.

April Joy Tumaliuan obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the Technological Institute of the Philippines, where they studied from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained several certifications including Azure Gulf Professional from Microsoft in April 2016, Project Management Exam Preparation from the Project Management Institute in August 2015, CloudU from Rackspace (the #1 managed cloud company) in January 2015, Exam 409: Server Virtualization with Windows Server Hyper-V and System Center from Microsoft in June 2014, and Microsoft Certified Professional also from Microsoft in June 2014.
