Mason Feuhrer has a diverse work experience starting in 2008 as an intern at Redline Technology, Inc. After that, they served as a Senior Resident Assistant at Texas State University from 2007 to 2009. In 2011, they joined Equip IT as a Senior Technician and quickly rose to become the lead support staff. During their time there, Mason implemented various platforms and led initiatives to enhance business operations. From 2014 to 2018, they worked at ERGOS as a Lead Consultant, where they managed multiple customers and provided guidance on technology and business strategies. Following this role, Mason became the Regional Operations Manager at ERGOS, overseeing project management and maintaining a cohesive team. Currently, at ERGOS, they focus on internal tool sets and collaborates with management to optimize processes and ensure efficient support for business partners.

Mason Feuhrer attended Texas State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Computer Information Systems.

In addition to their degree, Mason Feuhrer has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In September 2011, they completed the "Windows Small Business Server 2008, Configuration" certification from Microsoft. In October 2012, they obtained the "SMB Specialization for Engineers (SM-ENG)" certification from Cisco.

Mason Feuhrer continued to enhance their skills with further certifications. In February 2014, they became a certified "ConnectWise Certified Professional Administrator" from ConnectWise. Additionally, in the same month, they obtained the "LabTech Certified Professional" certification from LabTech Software.

To further expand their knowledge and expertise, Mason Feuhrer completed the "Network Security Basic Administration NS-103" certification from Dell SonicWALL in June 2016. Lastly, in February 2017, they obtained the "MCSA: Office 365" certification from Microsoft.

These certifications demonstrate Mason Feuhrer's commitment to continual learning and professional development in various areas of computer information systems and related technologies.
