Shawn Belyeu

Shawn Belyeu has a range of work experience in various industries. Shawn started their career as a Computer Numerical Control Machinist at Logan Oil Tools / Dennis Tool Company from June 2007 to February 2011. Shawn then worked as an Automotive Body Technician at Best Collision Center from March 2011 to January 2012. After that, they were a Valve Technician / Warehouse employee at Drillmax Inc from January 2012 to April 2013.

From 2013 to 2014, Shawn worked as a Machinist at Hazelton Automation, where they operated manual and CNC machines, managed shipping and receiving, and ensured quality control of parts. Shawn then briefly worked as a Parts Department / Porter at Jeff Haas Mazda from July 2014 to December 2014, reorganizing the parts warehouse and managing inventory.

Since December 2014, Shawn has been working in the field of Information Technology. Shawn started as an Information Technology Specialist at SnapStreak, Inc., providing remote and on-site support, backup recovery setups, network diagnostics, and PC building. Shawn supported multiple clients with different PC and software needs.

From September 2020 to January 2022, Shawn worked as an Information Technology Specialist at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, gaining further experience in IT support and services.

In July 2022, Shawn joined CITOC - Houston IT Service Experts as an MSP Service Engineer Tier ll. Shawn provided IT support and services to clients until November 2022. Shawn then joined ERGOS Technology Partners, Inc. as a Live Desk Service Engineer Tier ll, where they are responsible for remote support, network diagnostics, PC repair, software setup, and troubleshooting for multiple clients.

Throughout their career, Shawn has developed expertise in various technologies and tools such as Sophos, Webroot, DUO, Office 365, Azure AD, WatchGuard, Palo Alto, VMware, Axcient, Liongaurd, RingCentral, and Timezest.

Shawn Belyeu attended Lone Star College, where they obtained an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator in 2018. Shawn also obtained a certification in Cisco CCNA from Lone Star College in December 2018.
