Kavya G

Kavya G is an experienced Human Resources professional with a robust background in various HR roles, currently serving as the Assistant Manager of Human Resources-IT at ERGOS since August 2021. At ERGOS, Kavya is involved in supporting the Grainbank platform, which empowers farmers by enabling them to make informed decisions about selling their produce. Prior to this role, Kavya held HR positions at INFRAMAT ALLOYS PRIVATE LIMITED and People Strong, and served as a Senior Recruitment Associate at Cozient Business Solutions from August 2014 to March 2019. Kavya holds an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University, along with a PGDBM and a BBM in Accounting and Finance from the same institution and SDM Institute for Management Development, respectively.
