Noe Gsponer

Noe Gsponer is a highly experienced UX designer and team leader with a strong background in user experience research and design. Currently serving as Principal UX Designer and Team Lead at Ergosign Switzerland AG since October 2021, Noe has held various significant roles in UX design and management, including Principal UX Designer and Head of UX Design at WONDROUS from February 2020 to October 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Ergosign Switzerland AG as both Senior and UX Designer from December 2015 to February 2020, as well as earlier roles at Allfarm AG in marketing and e-commerce, and at the Emergency Schulungszentrum HF as Project Manager and Lecturer for Paramedics. Noe's academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Cognitive Psychology with a focus on Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Basel, and further certifications in E-Commerce and Online Marketing and Innovation.
