Xiaolong Mou

Xiaolong Mou has extensive experience in quantitative trading, currently serving as a Quantitative Trader at Ergoteles Capital since 2013. Prior to this role, Xiaolong held the position of Director of Quantitative Trading at Lehman Brothers - Barclays Capital from 2004 to 2013 and worked as an Associate at Morgan Stanley from 2002 to 2004. Xiaolong's educational background includes a PhD in Computer Science specializing in AI, Speech Recognition, and Language Processing from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, obtained between 1998 and 2002, as well as a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Computer Science from Tsinghua University, completed in 1998.
