Al Colmenero

Al Colmenero has extensive work experience in various roles related to sales operations and management. Al is currently serving as the Senior Director of Global Sales Operations at Ergotron since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Sales Operations Leader at Ventiv Technology in May 2022. From June 2019 to May 2022, they held the position of Senior Director of Sales Operations at Spok. Their previous roles include Sales Operations Manager at ABILITY Network from January 2017 to June 2019, Sales Marketing Manager at Lockton Companies from January 2016 to October 2016, and various positions at UnitedHealth Group including Inside Sales - Specialty Sales Manager/Consultant, Direct Account Executive, and Sales Operations Manager from June 2010 to January 2016. Before that, they held the role of Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Dwinell's Visual Systems from December 2008 to March 2010. Al also has experience in IHC Health Solutions, where they worked from October 2001 to December 2008 in several roles, including VP of National Sales, Director National Sales, National Account Manager, and Marketing Representative.

Al Colmenero has a Master's degree (M.A.) in History from the University of South Dakota. Al also holds a Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from the same institution, with a double major in History and Political Science. In terms of additional certifications, Al obtained a certification in "Building High-Performance Teams" from LinkedIn in March 2019. Additionally, in May 2012, they obtained a certification as a Minnesota Resident Insurance Producer for Accident & Health, Life from the Minnesota Department of Commerce.
