Angela Swenson has a diverse work experience in marketing and management roles. Angela started their career with Ergotron Europe in 1998 as a Marketing Manager and Technical Support. Angela then moved to Ergotron in 2001, where they worked as a Product Manager and later as a Marketing Manager from 2003 to 2004. In 2005, Angela became a Senior Channel Marketing Manager for Global Partnerships at Ergotron, a position they held until mid-2014. From 2014 onwards, they served as the Sr. Director of Marketing, Global Channel, eCommerce, and Events at Ergotron.

Angela Swenson earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from California State University-Sacramento between 1993 and 1995. Additionally, they obtained several certifications, including PMC Level V and Pragmatic Certified Product Marketer from Pragmatic Institute in April 2021, and Digital Marketing Strategies from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in March 2021.
