Cedric Sudan

Cedric Sudan possesses extensive experience in maintenance management within the agro-food industry. Currently serving as Responsable maintenance at ERHARD PATISSIER GLACIER since December 2023, Cedric has previously held similar roles at GH Groupe from January 2022 to December 2023 and at Planète Pain from September 2001 to January 2022, where responsibilities included stock management, planning, machine historical tracking, supplier contacts, machine investments, IFS and BRC certification, recruitment, and technical development. Prior experience includes positions as Agent de maintenance at Loc Maria Biscuits and SAS PIKICHE, where Cedric maintained machinery used for food production. Educational qualifications include a Bac MSMA degree in mechanics, electrotechnics, and automation from Saint Joseph, as well as BEP and CAP diplomas in electrotechnics from Lycée Professionnel des Graviers Blancs.
