Jo Harris

Jo Harris has extensive experience in human resources and operational performance, currently serving as Head of HR and Operational Performance at Eric Robinson Solicitors since February 2021. Prior roles include Head of HR at Jo Malone London from October 2019 to February 2021 and Area Sales Manager at Benefit Cosmetics between May 2017 and October 2019. Jo Harris also held various management positions at John Lewis & Partners from April 2000 to May 2017, including Operations Manager, Commercial Support, and Department Manager. Jo Harris holds CIPD Qualifications obtained between April 2021 and April 2022, as well as an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration.
