Shardae Avents is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as Agency Owner at Quility Insurance since February 2022, Shardae also operates as a Certified Extreme Execution Coach at Eric Thomas & Associates LLC and works as a Distribution Specialist at The Green Rush & Co. since 2019, focusing on the development of distribution channels. As Founder of The Planted Mama since April 2016, Shardae has facilitated accountability groups promoting healthier plant-based lifestyles. Previous experience includes serving as VP of Sales and Marketing at Ripple Effect Marketing Group and as a Transfer Counselor for Norfolk State University's Passport Program. Educational accomplishments include an MBA/MS in International Marketing from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on Marketing from Norfolk State University.
