Andrew Hird is a Chartered Building Surveyor and Chartered Manager with over thirty years of experience in multidisciplinary property, maintenance, and facilities management. Andrew served as the Building Consultancy Director at Eric Wright Partnerships and led teams at both Eric Wright Group and Lancashire County Council, overseeing professional services and in-house building activities. Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Building Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire and an MBA, along with several professional certifications in building surveying and management.
