Laura Malkofsky

Laura Malkofsky is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in commercial litigation and civil cases across state and federal courts. Currently a partner at Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff since January 2023 and at Ericksen Arbuthnot since August 2018, Malkofsky has handled a diverse array of matters, including premises liability, products liability, and wrongful termination. Previous roles include Senior Counsel at Cornerstone Law Group, where Malkofsky focused on personal injury and complex civil litigation, and Of Counsel at the Law Offices of Kevin J. Tully, specializing in lemon law litigation for Ford Motor Company. Malkofsky's legal career began at TARKINGTON, O'NEILL, BARRACK & CHONG, where significant expertise in tort and insurance matters was developed. Malkofsky holds a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BA in Political Science from the University of California, Davis.
