Michele Ramler's work experience includes serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Ericksen Roed and Associates since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Accounting and HR Director at madesmart® from February 2018 to January 2020. Before joining madesmart®, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Cedar Management, Inc. from October 2008 to February 2018.

Michele Ramler obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from St. Cloud State University, where they studied from 1996 to 1998. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix between 2006 and 2008.
