Samuel Paitich, PE, has extensive experience in structural engineering, currently serving as a Structural Engineer at ERA Structural Engineering since May 2022. Prior to this role, Samuel was the Lead Engineer at JENSEN HUGHES from January 2017 to May 2022, following the acquisition of Stevenson & Associates, where Samuel worked as Staff Engineer II from June 2014 to December 2016, focusing on structural analysis and design. Academic contributions include a position as Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Minnesota, where research involved multi-layered rigid pavements, and roles as Teaching Assistant in civil engineering courses. Earlier experience includes positions as Umpire for local baseball leagues, Engineer's Assistant at CNA Consulting Engineers, and Facilities Monitor at the University of Minnesota's Department of Recreational Sports. Samuel holds both a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota.

ERA Structural Engineering is a full service structural engineering firm, with a main office in St. Paul, Minnesota and branches in Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Des Moines, Iowa. The firm was founded in 1984. ERA has provided structural engineering services for a broad range of building types. Our experience includes: retail, industrial, government and educational buildings, aircraft hangers, churches, high-rise offices, multi-unit residential, sports and recreational complexes, research and laboratory facilities, parking structures and detention facilities. We specialize in the design of precast concrete structures, long-span structures, aircraft engine test facilities and dynamically loaded structures.
