Janan Pickett

Janan Pickett is a seasoned talent acquisition and human resources professional with experience in multiple roles within various organizations. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Erickson Immigration Group since June 2022, Janan previously held the position of HR Coordinator at the same company. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Coordinator at Prosegur from December 2020 to March 2022, and as a Human Resources Specialist for the City of Alexandria, Virginia, from March 2019 to November 2020. Janan holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from The Art Institutes, completed in May 2006.
