David Merryman

David Merryman is currently the General Counsel at Erickson. David has previously held the positions of Senior Director of Legal and Interim General Counsel at Erickson Incorporated from August 2021 to January 2022, Director of Legal from June 2021 to July 2021, and Legal Counsel from February 2021 to May 2021. In these positions, they were responsible for the company's full range of legal issues, including vendor and customer contracts, commercial transactions, trademark enforcement, strategic initiatives, trade compliance, and disputes. Prior to their work at Erickson Incorporated, Merryman worked as an Associate Attorney at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP from June 2018 to January 2020 and at Haynes and Boone, LLP from April 2015 to May 2018. David also worked as a Summer Associate at Haynes and Boone, LLP from May 2014 to July 2014 and as a Summer Intern at Immix Law Group PC from May 2013 to July 2013.

David Merryman has a Juris Doctor from University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College.
