Christopher Donati

Christopher (Chris) Donati has extensive experience in the senior living and health care administration sectors, currently serving as the Vice President/Executive Director at Erickson Living since April 2007. In this role, Donati oversees various departments within a large retirement community, managing an operating budget exceeding $15 million and leading a team of over 200 employees. Additionally, Donati has served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Rosemont College, teaching graduate-level courses in long-term care administration and health policy. Prior experiences include serving as Executive Director for various continuing care retirement communities and holding management positions at Marriott International. Donati holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Health Planning and Administration and Health Care Administration from Penn State University.
