Jaclyn Rhodes

Jaclyn Rhodes is a Senior Business Analyst at Erickson Senior Living. Prior to this role, Jaclyn has also worked in various HR and IT roles such as HRMS Analyst, Assistant Manager at Town Hair Salon, Head Junior Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Patterson Mill High School, and Human Resources Intern at Brandywine Counseling and Community Services. Jaclyn holds a Bachelors Degree in Human Resources from Wilmington University and an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Harford Community College. In addition, Jaclyn graduated from Bel Air High School with a diploma in General Studies. Jaclyn has a strong background in analyzing end user needs, providing guidance, and identifying and resolving issues within HR departments.
