Amit Mittal is a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, currently serving as Director and Head of IT Core Operations and SIAM at Ericsson since September 2000. Amit is responsible for leading digital transformation initiatives and service integration, focusing on commercial management, compliance, and performance across Ericsson and Enterprise IT. Previous roles at Ericsson include Director of Digital IT Infrastructure Engineering & Operations and General Manager of CA Core Networks. Early career involvement at Bharti Airtel Limited as a Senior Engineer laid the foundation for expertise in core networks. Amit holds numerous certifications, including CISSP and CCSP, and has an educational background with a PGDBM in Marketing and a Bachelor’s in Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
