Andrew O'Doherty is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in developing and maintaining software systems. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Ericsson since February 2025, Andrew previously held a similar position at MBition from December 2018 to October 2025, where contributions included developing a voice assistant and a HeadUnit GUI, as well as creating a Jira bot to enhance bug triaging processes. Earlier roles included software engineering at Qt Group, focusing on QtKNX development and creating a demo for the Qt World Summit, and at Ericsson's SASN from March 2010 to June 2017, where Andrew was involved in GPRS core network functionalities. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master's degree in IT & Security from Hochschule Hannover.
