Connie Burgos is currently the Head of Marketing Communications for the Latin America region. They previously held the position of Communications Director for Ericsson MUCA from 2009 to 2010 and served as Communications Manager for GlaxoSmithKline's CARICAM ANDINA from 1997 to 2008. Connie earned a Master's degree in Comunicación en Mercadeo and an MBA in Comunicación y Mercadeo from Universidad Latina de Costa Rica.
