Deepa Swaminathan

Deepa Swaminathan is a strategic business professional with over 20 years of leadership experience in continuous improvement, specializing in Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies. Currently serving as the Director of Supply and Head of Strategy at Ericsson, Deepa has managed global teams to enable digital transformation through automation and analytics. They previously held roles at the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas as an adjunct professor, teaching capstone projects in supply chain management. Deepa's past experiences also include positions at Verizon, Team Car Care, and Brown, Brown and Associates Architects, where they applied their expertise in project management and operational excellence. Deepa is pursuing a Master of Architecture at the Illinois Institute of Technology while holding a Master’s in Architecture from The University of Texas at Arlington and a Bachelor's in Architecture from Sathyabama Institute of Science and Technology.
