Dian Kurniawan Syahputra

Dian Kurniawan Syahputra is a seasoned telecommunications professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Back Office Engineer at Ericsson since May 2022, Dian specializes in MW transport network validation and troubleshooting for the MOCN IOH project. Prior to this, Dian held positions at PT Infrastruktur Telekomunikasi Indonesia as Team Leader for the NPI Transport in the Sulawesi Region, leading initiatives in transport optimization and network performance analysis. Other notable roles include RNC Engineer at Sinergi Telecom and multiple engineering positions at Ericsson, where responsibilities included integration, troubleshooting, and transmission network management across various projects. Dian holds a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication from Institut Teknologi Indonesia, obtained in 2002.
