Divya Bhushan has extensive experience in commercial management within the telecommunications sector, currently serving as the Head of Commercial Management for North Middle East & Africa at Ericsson since March 2008. In this role, Divya leads contract deal management and develops innovative commercial frameworks to ensure sustainable partnerships. Previous positions at Ericsson include managing commercial operations for Customer Units Levant and GCU Ooredoo, and enhancing commercial excellence across various markets. Divya's background includes pioneering pricing strategies and frameworks, contributing to long-term commercial sustainability, and leadership in global negotiations for significant deals. Prior to joining Ericsson, Divya worked at GAIL (India) Limited and Reliance Energy Ltd., focusing on pricing and strategic planning. Divya's educational credentials include an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, and participation in the Elevate Leadership Program at Hult Ashridge Executive Education.
