Emma Birchall

Emma Birchall is the Global Head of Diversity and Inclusion at Ericsson, where they lead the company’s D&I strategy for over 100,000 employees across more than 180 countries. Before this role, Emma was a co-Managing Director and part of the founding team at HSM Advisory, advising CEOs and leadership teams on people strategy and inclusion. Emma has served on various boards, including as Chair of the London Neurodiversity SEND Employers Network and a member of the Barclays LifeSkills Advisory Board, focusing on empowering underserved communities. They hold a Master of Philosophy in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge.
