Kirsty Leivers

Kirsty Leivers has extensive experience in human resources and diversity leadership, particularly during a decade-long tenure at AXA, where roles included Chief Culture, Inclusion and Diversity Officer and Global Head of HR Transformation and Change. Prior positions at AXA also featured responsibilities as Group Head of Inclusion, Diversity and Employee Experience, and Program Director for Quality of Service and Operational Excellence. Additionally, Kirsty served as Global Head of HR Transformation and Change at AXA Investment Managers from February 2017 to November 2019. Earlier career highlights include roles as Black Belt and Project Manager at AXA Insurance and an academic background with a BA in English Literature, English Language, and Linguistics from Lancaster University.
