Franck Gueguen is the Head of Customer Support Presales at Ericsson, overseeing the presale team across Europe and Latin America. With a robust background in product management and project direction, they have held various roles such as Engagement Director and Pre-sales Manager, significantly contributing to business development and customer engagement strategies. Before joining Ericsson, Franck was involved in project management and technical sales at Devoteam and Bell Labs Lucent Technologies, focusing on telecom solutions. Franck holds a Diplome d'Ingénieur in Telecom and Multimedia Networks from Ecole nationale supérieure des Télécommunications de Bretagne.
