Frederico Alves

Frederico Alves is a PMP certified Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience delivering IT projects and programs globally. Currently serving as the Director of Project Operations at Ericsson, they manage significant portfolios and focus on program delivery for major telecommunications initiatives. Previously, Frederico held several roles at Ericsson, including Program Manager and PMO Manager, as well as at Claro, where they oversaw teams and developed integration standards. Frederico holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering, an MSc in Telecommunications, and multiple MBAs, including one in Artificial Intelligence.
