Gayatri S.

Gayatri S. is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and corporate governance. Currently serving as the Global Head of M&A Legal Affairs at Ericsson since May 2023, Gayatri leads the group function overseeing M&A strategy worldwide. Prior roles include Board Member and Chair of the Risk & Compliance Committee at the King Edward VI Foundation Birmingham, and Associate General Counsel at LSEG where significant corporate transactions were managed. Previous experience includes consulting at McKinsey & Company and leadership roles at both CARIE and The Wharton School, along with a solid legal foundation built during tenure at Kemp Little and Linklaters. Gayatri holds an MBA with High Distinction from The Wharton School and a Master's in Law from the University of Cambridge.
