Giorgia Procaccini

Giorgia Procaccini serves as the Head of Global Talent Management and Learning & Development at Ericsson since April 2022, focusing on succession planning and talent management. Previously, Giorgia held the position of Associate Director of Global Talent Management at Carrier from December 2019 to April 2022, where responsibilities included diversity and inclusion alongside change management. At Whirlpool Corporation, Giorgia was the Global Leader for Learning & Leadership Development, managing vendor relationships and talent initiatives, while also serving as a Project Manager in Global Supply Chain and Manager for Global Talent Development. Earlier experience includes being President and Organizational Development Advisor at Elanguageclub and Manager of Global Learning & Leadership Development at Ariston Thermo Group. Giorgia's academic background includes a Master's degree in Marketing & Communication Management from 24ORE Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Translation and Liaison Interpreting from Alma Mater Studiorum – Università di Bologna.
