Helen Sigalas

Helen Sigalas has extensive experience in sales learning and enablement, currently serving as the Global Head of Sales Learning and Enablement at Ericsson since February 2016. Prior roles include Head of Sales Enablement at Symantec and Director of Field Enablement at Infor. Helen has also held leadership positions at Hewlett-Packard, Cisco Systems, Integrative eZLearn, and Elucidate IT Solutions & Training, and served as Education Manager at Sybase. Helen began a professional career in academia as a Tutor/Lecturer at a university. Academic qualifications include an EMBA in General from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and a BA in Business Computer Systems & Psychology from the University of Wollongong.
