Hendrik Esser

Hendrik Esser has extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, particularly with Ericsson over a career spanning more than a decade. Esser held various leadership roles, including Head of System and Technology Management and VP, Head of Operations and Programs, focusing on system architecture, technical strategies, innovation management, and organizational development. With a strong background in agile consulting and change management, Esser has been instrumental in driving digital and IT transformations, as well as managing large international R&D teams. Esser's academic foundation was established at Universität des Saarlandes, where studies occurred from 1989 to 1994.
