Ines Ramadza, PhD, is a Strategic Product Manager and Sub-segment lead for RAN Transport and Synchronization at Ericsson, a role held since 2023. Previously, Ines served in multiple positions within Ericsson, including Principal System Developer and Strategic System Lead. From 2015 to 2017, Ines was a System Architect at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, and prior to that, held various roles at H1 TELEKOM, culminating as the Head of Core Network Department. Ines earned a doctorate from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture between 2009 and 2017.
