Ioanna Trigka

Ioanna Trigka serves as the Head of Cloud SW & Services Customer Solutions for Ericsson in Greece, Cyprus, and Malta, overseeing presales, delivery, solutioning, and customer support for major telecommunications operators. With extensive experience in sales and account management, Ioanna has held various key positions within Ericsson, including Sales Director roles focused on key accounts and digital solutions across South East Europe. Prior to joining Ericsson, Ioanna worked as a Senior Solution Engineer at COSMOTE and gained early experience as a Trainee Engineer at PPC Renewables. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering and a Master of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens.
