Ishika Kathuria

Ishika Kathuria is a professional with a diverse background in business management and analytics. Currently serving as a People Analytics Consultant at Ericsson since October 2025, Ishika previously held the position of Global Business Manager at SA Technologies Inc. for a brief period in early 2025. Ishika also gained valuable experience as a Content Marketing Intern at Sunstone, where a focus on user-driven content resulted in the crafting and optimization of over 150 articles for the EdTech sector in mid-2024. Earlier career experience includes working as a Real Time Analyst at Wipro Limited from December 2020 to August 2022.
