Mei Shan Tse

Mei Shan Tse is a seasoned professional in business analytics and human resources with extensive experience at ING since October 2014, where roles have included Business Analytics Translator, Consultant, and Interim Global People Analytics Consultancy Lead. As Product Owner of the Continuous Listening squad, Mei Shan Tse has driven global employee listening initiatives that leverage data science and behavioral analytics. Prior to ING, Mei Shan Tse completed a two-year HR graduate training program at Eversheds Sutherland, gaining experience in various HR areas including Business Partnering and Performance and Reward. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Business from Aston University and a BA (Hons) in Ancient History from the University of Birmingham.
