Katarzyna Tomasiak

Katarzyna Tomasiak is currently the Head of Solution Delivery at Ericsson, overseeing service delivery through various IT models and managing multiple teams with a customer-oriented focus. With extensive experience in business development and project management across multiple companies, Katarzyna previously held roles such as Line Manager and Service Delivery Line Manager at Ericsson and Ericpol. They began their career in customer service, progressing through managerial positions at Oknoplast, where they coordinated strategic projects and teams. Katarzyna holds a Magister degree in History and Cultural Heritage from The Pontifical University of John Paul II.
